No after sale services available, no customers satisfaction response system. Its always lies on product quality as well services. We purchased water cooler, but when we received it, its looks like second hand and water likege problem from water tanks and so many other points. Suggestion and adavice to all customers, don't purchase any product of Rewa Refrigeration or keep some security money untill satisfaction of the product.
