Never never book any vehicles from this agency. Got conned by their fancy website. The agency gives you private vehicles instead of Taxis. They charge you for Diesal vehicles and provide CNG ones. The drivers are unprofessional, rude, insolent, continuously eat Gutkas and paan. The car reported at the airport at 6.30am when the time given was 8.00.am. After we boarded the car he wanted to have breakfast and thus wasted our precious time. Later halfway the vehicle was changed but it was even worse.Timings were not adhered to . Horrific experience.
