the service team is inexoerienced. they have no idea about the car. i had a small sound coming in the car when i go above 60km. they put my car almost a month and cudnot find a solution. finally they told they need to remove engine whoch cost one lakh. i went to a local showroom. the mechanic was very confident and he corrected in a day for 5k. this is the service surya give. they are polite. but they have no idea and mess up things. they also loot loney if they have ko idea. poor engineers. absoultely no idea of cars. shud never depend on them. we think that since its nissan they are good. they are the wirst in terms of exoerience. no knowledge atall anid not a good idea to depend on them. waste of your time. energy and money. they shud chahe the recruitment stratergy. one thing i shud admir. they ate himble abd polite. but useless. no knowledge
