Worst service ever in the market. My id is SLVVKI015. I got the connection very next day when I requested. They didn't have 15m LAN cabal at the time of installation but promised me to provide the same next day. I have been calling the team since that day. They pickup the call and promise me to provide the resolution the same day but do not visit. And the same process is rolling into a cycle. I call them and they make false promise, it has been 10 days that I got the connection but unable to use the Internet in my PC. I raised complaint for the same but they are reluctant and do not take any concrete action to provide me further service that was incomplete. They are money minded people that took money for the connection, data plan, security deposit but do not care about the customer what they are going through. I strongly recommend everyone not to opt spider link service and go for another one. Otherwise you ll keep on calling them but they will not respond to your query.

Very Bad Service provider company in Jaipur, 2 Days before I make the payment for installation process and still they didn't provide receipt of the payment. And Now I want my refund but they denied to refund the payment without any service providing they charge 1800 INR for wireless broadband installation.

Worst internet service provider I have seen in my life. Their Internet speed is very slow. In 5mbps unlimited plan, we usually gets 100-200 kbps speed. You can't even download a 1mb file. Also, their service is the worst. Nobody will pick your call and even if they do, they will not do anything regarding your complaint. I have complained them 2-3 times, but they do not respond and I am still facing issues. I want to specify a particular name. This guy, DEEPAK KANDERIA, who gave me assurance that if any issue comes, he will come and see, but he keeps his phone switched off and even when he picks the phone, he didn't do anything regarding my complaint. Beware jaipurites, don't fall into this shit service providers trap

Worst service ever got from Spiderlink I took data plan of 100 MBPS speed but the actual speed which i am getting is 28 MBPS. Also installation not done properly They Charged huge amount for a connection of Rs. 8000/- but not done the proper installation as well. A vendor of Spiderlink is Karni Cable Network in Jaipur Rajasthan who is doing installation work they guys are also pathetic. Never buy spiderlink broadband.

Worst network and customer support, even disconnection took 2 months but still pending because of the departments are not synced. Not recommended for any one, mobile 2g network is even far better than spiderlink network speed. Finance and f&f departments are there only for loot the customer. Non technical staff in the technical support team. It's been 3 months and still chasing for the refund and no response recieved from any customer support or higher authority. Worst service and after sale support, total waste of money. Not recommend SPIDERLINK to anyone for any type of service.

I wanted a wifi internet connection for my house. So I approached this DNS Infonet Pvt. Ltd., Gopalpura (Pradeep Sharma). The response from them was good, but the technician took the time to provide a connection. I have requested him for DNS Owned Brand, and he installed the same brand. He charged Rs.3500 for 3 months Packs with 50 Mbps speed and unlimited data, overall the service was ok.
