Very poor service... I raised a request for modem pick up and it's been one month now. I have called many times for the same reason but I get only scripted answers from the executives and no help. This is a waste of time... I am so disappointed of taking Fusionnet worst service with worst customer experience... don't even have words to express my frustration now

Pathetic ISP. Their service, internet, speed, everything is pathetic. Don't waste your money by paying them. Mobile data works much faster than their Broadband. I got a plan of 10mbps and never ever seen that speed. No response on complaints. False promises.... they are unprofessional

I live in Girdharpur Sunarasi Gautam budh nagar. I purchased ultra net connection where dealer promised me to give 10 mbps speed with 850 plan. However most of the time I tested the speed, it gives me 220 kbps to 540 kbps for downloading and 110 kbps to 500 kbps uploading speed. I really not sure if my problem will be resolved or not?????

fraud internet lease line provide, kindly dont give any upfront charges for installation, these people first take installation charges then they dont return installtion charges. they have deducted rs 5000 given for intalltion of the pretext of tht they have visited site 2 times..so they must get payment for these visit. there sales person will miscommit you for plans and charges, once they got installtion fee upfront, they will not return it..so beware.
