We booked our trip before lock down for a group of 8 people and due to sudden lock down by govt trip got cancelled We paid 75% IE, 50, 000 Rs as advance. They told their renewal was only till December 2020 on Novemebr that also when we contacted them regarding the trip.Arranging a trip in that short time during the pandemic was difficult still we tried to But during NOVEMBER- December 4 of our members tested Covid positive at different times which was out of control. Even though Himachal was open from Sept, situation of Kerala was critical that time. We had 17 days of quarnatine. So we send the test reports to iconic requesting extension of the trip dates . We are following up since December 2020 to till date. They say like they are checking with the team and will inform us in 2 days. its been 4 months like this . after regular followup they last told us there is no refund or not possible to make this trip. please guys dont make any plan with this team, you will face a worse experience

Mr.Neeraj Is a Fraud Person,Kindly be aware of Him,i had transfered Money Online in His Account For Booking The Ticket In 3 Tier A.c,He Told me he would Return My Money In 3-4 Days but its already been more than 20 days he is not attending My Calls,Kindly Suggest what should i do in This Case .

This travel agent is a cheater. He will charge you a lot and will not give any satisfactory services. He will not provide you with even complete details of ticket (edting the ticket amount,etc) as if no one is aware. Avoid falling in his trap. There are many other professional travel agents (cant name here) other than him,you can go with them even if they will charge you some extra amount,as they will give you the required services in a professional way.

very uncertain if you'll get a reserved ticket till the last moment. I had to call him many times for the confirmation. Also I had to cancel one ticket for which he is to refund the money but he is either not picking my calls or asking me to adjust in the next reservation.
