I live in Girdharpur Sunarasi Gautam budh nagar. I purchased ultra net connection where dealer promised me to give 10 mbps speed with 850 plan. However most of the time I tested the speed, it gives me 220 kbps to 540 kbps for downloading and 110 kbps to 500 kbps uploading speed. I really not sure if my problem will be resolved or not?????
