Gayathri Enterprises -Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana | GST 36CJNPM0476J1ZR, deals in Aquaguard water purifiers. These guys have all the defective pieces from Eureka Forbes and cheat the buyers. They say they work for Eureka Forbes where as the reality is they are ex employees who use the loop holes and sell defective pieces. We bought 3 water purifiers for our family, all of them came defective. When we tried to register a complain in Eureka Forbes, they mentioned that the product is not registered and cannot file a complain. At least the head office was proactive and was able to tell these cheaters to look into the matter. Even after replacing the water purifier, we again had the same problem. We requested for the money back as there was zero trust in the services(I am talking about Gayathri Enterprises and Not Eureka Forbes). Finally his incharge - Men gani Prasad came with an attitude the solve the issue. Guys be very careful with this seller, their bills are bogus, their address

Worest service and too much cost of spare parts and they cloverly say we won't take any service charge..I observed they are charging too much on filtters. Then I decided to buy my self of filters through online. Now they shown there real face. They asked 1200 rs for only filters fitting. For filters fitting outside people charging only 250 rs only.

Product is not good and service is very bad every time we have to followup and I have bad experience, I got bugs in filter and it's been 4th time every time it's getting dust or something in it and if we ask for service they are taking 4 to 5 day after complaint and my opinion is not to take waste of money and effort. Literally very bad experience

I was looking to buy a water purifier so I contact Ken Sure Ro Systems Private Limited Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Here I got a water purifier brand KEN SURE 12 liter they charged me 15k they sent the person also for installing excellent service and response.

Excellent response and service Were given by Om Shiva Aqua Solutions, Karkhan. I am searching for Home water purifier dealers. A quick response was given by them .they have explained about all the specification about water purifier which is needed for me. I had purchased Kent RO+UV water purifier from them. The price is also reasonable. They have also 1 years warranty and 4 years for service warranty on it and the installation was also very quick. I am satisfied with them and they have provided good customer service.
