This is the first time we are hiring from TVG and were very apprehensive about our long trip. However we were assured that our request would be taken care of and only their star rated personnel would be allotted. And truly one of the best vinoth was assigned to us. We were impressed with him. He is someone you can trust and depend on. He was very knowledgeable on all relevant aspects - the car, speeds limits, etc. and drove well on good roads as well as bad ones ensuring a non-bumpy smooth ride, throughout our trip. In-fact, we were so comfortable with is driving that we felt one of our family member was driving us. We would definitely want to go on more trips with this kind of experience.

This agency is cheating, they ask acting drivers to pay rs 1000/- as registration fee for that they won't give receipt .And they will not call u for driving work and all the staffs also cheaters. This Sudan will call u only for registration after that he won't attend driver call. So be aware of this cheating fellows

Had used JK acting driver 2 weeks ago. I am totally unhappy with their service (i wish there is an option to rate below zero) . My elderly mom and wife had traveled from CBE to Cochin. The driver was drove very fast and lost control of the vehicle. He bumped the vehicle behind a lorry which was halted at a traffic signal (crazy guy didnt even notice the signal). My mom and wife visibly jolted inside and were in trauma for next couple of days. I just dont recommend this service to anybody not only because of the accident, but also because of the bad attitude of the owner (One Balaji). These guys wont take any responsibility if the vehicle meets with an accident Moreover, we dont know the background of the drivers who service us. (tomorrow the same driver will be coming for you as well) The total expense to repair the vehicle was 93000 out of which 88000 was covered in insurance. I paid 5000 from my pocket because the owner of this cab service didnt wanna pay it off . AA

Worst experience, people of Coimbatore please do not call acting drivers from this group, the drivers don't know to drive . They sent a driver who didn't know to put a reverse Gear in Innova and he damaged my car. When asked there is no proper response from the driver. He just RAN AWAY. BUNCH OF COWARDS. THEY SEND young teen age boys to drive , sorry to learn driving risking our lives and vehicles. Somebody please take necessary action against such money making technically non talented drivers.
