Famous for its ghee dosas, rava vadas, and freshly brewed filter coffee. Vidyarthi Bhavan was recently renovated, and the results are obvious; more light, more air, better use of space, and a greater level of cleanliness. The caricatures of famous personalities still grace the walls, so eat piping hot jalebis with the likes of Kuvempu, Bendre, Karnad, and Gangubai Hangal, peering down at you. The dosas are a marvel; an arms length, crisp and dripping in ghee, served up with the most delicious chutney.

Though the taste of the masala dosa has dipped in the past few years, this hotel still remains to be one of the most celebrated hotels in bangalore. If you want to have a lip-smacking breakfast, you ought to visit this place right away.

One needs to wait wait n wait to taste dosa which is their main attraction. The only hassle being that they don't have a token system for those waiting for longer times. Prices are decent.
