I had booked a trip to uttarakhand from the beginning itself the driver asked us to carry out luggage and come to a place which we werent aware of instead of coming to pick us up.
The driver tried to skip places , used to drop us at unusual locations and asked us to go to the hotel ourselves by taking auto .
When we lodged a complain we did not get a response .
Please avoid spending money , because you wont get the value.
Even if you end up booking through these agents. Avoid being accompanied by the driver named pradip kumar .
And if you are with your family you will be left helpless , better to avoid i have wasted my time and money as well.
