My wife, daughter and myself cannot say enough about how wonderful a trip we had, how great this travel company - in particular our travel agent was from the beginning of our interest in the tour, helping us develop a fascinating and thorough schedule and, what was really impressive, was staying in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure we were doing ok.

I had booked a trip to uttarakhand from the beginning itself the driver asked us to carry out luggage and come to a place which we werent aware of instead of coming to pick us up. The driver tried to skip places , used to drop us at unusual locations and asked us to go to the hotel ourselves by taking auto . When we lodged a complain we did not get a response . Please avoid spending money , because you wont get the value. Even if you end up booking through these agents. Avoid being accompanied by the driver named pradip kumar . And if you are with your family you will be left helpless , better to avoid i have wasted my time and money as well.

My trip to Kerala this summer (24.may.2017) was memorable. As i have booked a tour package of 8N/9D through the agency we were scared about the services but we got the positive response as well as services by this agency. Thanks to Xenium who made our plan successful. their surprise candle light dinner at Houseboat and the photo frame during the drop made our minds to travel more in the future. good work by the team members of the agency.
