I asked the person when he arrived that how much would the charges be and he said will have have to look i also asked him to get a ladder which he did not, so i provided mine, after opening the he started to do something and i asked again what is the issue how much would it be and then started thinking and said that it would be 8k for just gas filling. I asked for explanation he said its risky and some other things which i did not get. I understand the outdoor unit is little at the height but cab be easily accessible by a ladder which they said they dont have. I have got my ac repaired for 20 years but has never seen such unprofessional behaviour and absurd amount of charges he even started shouting and demanding money for seeing, i requested him politely that you neven mentioned this i asked you 3 times before starting and didn't say a word about teh charges. I still had to pay him atlast for visiting but please avoid this service if you want to save your time money and energy ??
