Immediate response and good service offered by Vinayaka Service, A person came from this service center and serviced my water heater, he said there is an issue with wires. He had charged me 360 as a service charge, I felt it was good and reasonable cost Now my heater is working fine thanks to Vinayaka Service.

Unprofessional Behavior!! I recently purchased solar water heater from them, they sent someone who didnt have knowledge on plumbing, he installed solar system, to my surprise he wasnt sure which is the hot water outlet in my bathroom, there was no water coming from hot water outlet and he kept saying both hot and cold water will come in same tap and asked me to wait till next day to get hot water, he wasnt even ready to check and help me on fixing this. I called up Sampath Reddy and narrated this, he agreed that the plumber is not knowledgeable person & I need to arrange someone else. I asked him if I had agreed for plumbing service why should I pay extra to someone. They agreed and asked me to pay only solar cost but once I made the payment he started abusing me for not paying plumber charges and made me to pay 3% charge for paying thru Paytm. Please stay away from them. I am still not sure whether it will work or not. Need to find some professional plumber to fix the issue..

We got the Electric geyser repair and service through this SERENE Services, Ulsoor, issue is water heater Not working brand is suraksha 6 liter gas geyser , so the service person has changed some parts , His way of work is good, The technician came on time to solve the issue, Now my geyser it's working good, They have charged me Rs 350 for this service charge, and Rs 950 For parts totally Rs 1300 I got good service from this provider.

I got repaired my Kenstar Water Heater from this service provider, the person came and give the service within the time. And he replaced some spare parts. Now it's working properly and its good service. The spare changing purpose I paid 900. And service charges I paid 350. Totally I paid for that 1250. I am satisfied with their service they provide. It's a good one......
