Suraj bhan kataria is an owner of a fraud institution of MY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION is a CHEETER, IMPOSTER, and a RAPIST, he cheeted me by taking 200000 rupees for MBA and MCA. He also raped one of his female employee in office. He also does business on PORN PHOTOS and BLUE FLIMS, and carries out a lot of prostitution centres in UP and Haryana. Good that HE IS IN TIHAR JAIL NOW. WHY DIDNT HE RECEIVE A DEATH SENTANCE. PEOPLE LIKE HIM SHOULD BE HANGED BY NECK TILL DEATH.
