This shopkeeper is a cheater. Sold a heater of a closed company Marc and seeing an old trusted shop, I purchased it, assured of quality but he is a complete fraudster, heater did not work, company refused to repair and this shop also looted charging a higher MRP, I am sure filing a consumer complaint.

Unsatisfied service I have taken the service for my Water Heater (Geyser) Repair but still I am suffering from problems I have taken the service to Mukesh Aircool Sector 51, Noida. They came and done the job but after some time geyser still sparking again I called him but still having an issue today again he will come but I paid 1.5k its waste I am not sure he will solve the issue or not.

Superlative service. Through this Ajay Electricals, Laxmi Nagar, I repaired my Racold Electric geyser which was Not switching on. The technician checked properly and found the issue. He changed some element in my geyser and charged nearly 400 to 500 for the service. Really well mannered and good works. Now it is working fine and I am happy with his service.

I got service from "Great Indian Refrigeration, Sector 31", to repair my Electric geyser which was not getting heat. They came on time and completed the service within an hour. They replaced the thermostat and heating rod. They charged Rs. 400 for the thermostat, Rs. 800 for heating rod and Rs. 300 as a service charge. While doing the service LED bulbs were fused by his mistake So, Mr. Zakir Hussain committed that he will change the bulbs later since it was not available with him at that time. After the service, Leakage problem started with the geyser. Then I come to know the outlet pipe was missing and when I called he said that it could go inside the geyser itself. So he will come and rectify the issue. I am in contact with him to solve this issue.
