Very bad service never take service from them especially helpless old patients they send very unprofessional caring maids without any sympathy for destitute old patients who can't even complain about them we paid 18000 for one week bad service we didn't get our refund too so we forego our money and didn't except any replacement because all of them are same please don't get any service from this home very very very bad and sad experience for me and my mom

This is a Fraud company, we paid 21,000 rupees for patient care service and they sent a lazy /irresponsible worker to begin with. he left suddenly with out any prior notice after 3 days of appointment. They have'nt provided any substitute. they said that they would send the service fee that we paid but didn't send any. Not answering the phone. Please be aware of this Fraud agency.

Worst experience with them. Don't trust this agency at all. They promised me a good guy to take care of my dad. The guy Raju looked extremely innocent on the day he joined our home on 30 Sep 2020 and then after 6 days of working, he showed his original color. He came home druken on 07 Oct 2020 and started creating a mess around by talking foul language on phone. My entire building was a spectator for watching the scene the druken guy created. Had to call Police to pick him up and Mr. Ratna Kumar came up to pick him up. The owner promised me to refund the money, as the damage caused was heavy and we let him go, as it was already 11.30 pm and till date, he hasn't refunded the money. The Raju (Worker) purchased Rs. 1800 kirana material from the opp. kirana store of my home and he says, it is not my responsibility, took 500 twice in cash (telling us to deduct the same from his salary) and even this is not his headache, Mr. Ratna Kumar took 16000 as the monthly pay in advance along with 150

Mr Srinivas it's the owner of this care centre and he is one to the most trustless person I have seen. He will take the amount upfront and within a week his workers start showing there true colors and say they will not work. He just get people from village who doesn't even have any background or training on patients care and just push here and when they get to know the work they run away. He takes the amount in advance and later trouble to return the money. So do not trust this company for any hiring requirement worst services.
