Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

This is a Fraud company, we paid 21,000 rupees for patient care service and they sent a lazy /irresponsible worker to begin with. he left suddenly with out any prior notice after 3 days of appointment. They have'nt provided any substitute. they said that they would send the service fee that we paid but didn't send any. Not answering the phone. Please be aware of this Fraud agency.

It's a fraud. Worst service . They will take the money in advance and keep some maid who will go off within a week or so saying that she dint get her payment. Very very bad service. As a doctor myself I really don't recommend it. Please I suggest this site people to take some action regarding it .

Worst service ever. Very bad service, Don't ever go for this service. We have to do service ourselves after paying them money. They don't send maids on time. They keep their phones switched off. They don't respond properly. In middle they say that they cant give service. Horrible experience with Gouthami homecare, Nagole.

Have approached Sri Gouthami Home Care Service for maid .I Paid 1000 for registation and for service 14000 was salary per month,and overall amount paid 15000.The maid send by this home care service is very average service because, Whatever we are telling she did not follow the same and she shouting for that.We told that we are only need for cooking ,cleaning vessels and to take care of my parents.The maid did not follow anything and she did only cooking and take care of my parents on time.and she is not cleaning vessels .So I am not happy with that and I felt the service was average only. overall average service only.

Ordinary response and service I got through this Sri Gouthami Home Care Service, Nagole. They provided a maid for my Grandfather. They first provided a maid he was not good, and for the replacement of another maid, they delayed. First, for the consultancy, I paid1000. Totally I paid around 18000 for this service. I feel this consultancy provided me an average service.
