Goutham Home Care Services Nagole Hyderabad

I have taken the Baby sitter service from Goutham Home Care Services Nagole, Hyderabad. I want a Baby sitter for 24 hours, cum cook. So I have contacted this vendor and given my requirement. The agency has arranged a person for work and she is doing all the baby related work but she doesn't know cooking. I have spoken with the agency for a replacement . I am paying to her RS 14000 per month basis and one-time registration fee Rs 500. I am not happy with the service.

Contacted the agency and appointed a live in maid after paying registration amount. The maid had to leave before a month because of some emergency at home. No suitable replacement was provided to us. Our anxious calls to the agency was not answered well by the agency staff. We waited for more than 2 weeks following up and finally gave up, asked for our money back. We were not provided the money back too. Rate them very poor in customer service and souring of skillful maids. Please, don't get fooled by opting for this agency.

Moderate service I received from here. Required Babysitter service. I had contacted Goutham Home Care Services, Nagole, they arranged one person. They charged me 14500, They have done the work was not properly and not professionally so I contacted them they told me they replaced another person, So I am waiting for them overall I feel ordinary with their service.
