Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
CAUTION - TRAP SCAM FRAUD TRAP SCAM FRAUD I bought laptop battery for my HP Elitebook laptop from 3Tech Computer Service Horamavu. I paid RS 2700/- for that battery. After purchase I found that battery is faulty and not giving backup. In a month time I went back to 3Tech computer for battery replacement as he said that I have 6month of replacement guaranty. I have original bill with me. But every time I approached him for replacement, he makes excuses. Following are some excuses I have got every time I called or visited his shop. • My man is gone to pick battery, come tomorrow. • Today man stuck in rain. • My boy is fall sick and battery is with him. • The person responsible for battery replacement is out of town, he will be back in town after 1 week. • My wife is in hospital, I will call once I am free. I have been following him for 2 months but no replacement available. Their intentions are clear that they don’t want to replace battery. So be careful with such FRAUDSTERS!!
