Frauds and cheaters. Sonu takes advance for whole year snd then doesn’t pick phone and doesn’t refund money. Employee Ankita uses abusive language. Total fraud people. They don’t pick phone and block you. Their maids after one month don’t want to stay. They have this planning before hand only. Please beware of them.
Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
We have hired a maid for which we have paid travelling charges too. She had hardly worked for couple of months and then she escaped. We have already paid ?60k and now they are not responding to our calls and message. They are absolute fraud. Also, their staff misbehaves and don't know how to talk. Sonu doesn't pick calls and ankita uses slang with talking.
The company is fraud. They charge co.misiion n one month salary in advance n them tgeir maid will leave in a month. They will stop picking ur calls. I paid 60 k n the maid worked for just 1 month n left the house without informing n now tgey are not providing replacement nor picking up calls. To contact them i have to use different number every time.
They provide maid by taking advance of 54000. Now we are continue calling them to return the maid. But they are not comming to taking her back. Every day they are giving new date. They also doesn't care about maid. When we said we are living home no one here to take care. Pls take her back. They said leave her we will take her and no one come to take her. Very insensitive peoples. They don't want to give us refund and also doesn't care about maid here.
Fraud company.....please don't take Maid from here...they take huge commission and salary but don't cooperate at all...they switch off their phone at the time of need...maid will leave after sometime....commission us not returned.....BEWARE... I think they have given good comments on their own
This agency provides maids to households and takes commission for the service. We signed 1-year contract with them on 28th Aug 2019 which says that they will provide us maid for that duration. In case the maid leaves, they will provide us another one. They sent us a maid (name Preeti) with one of their person, Umashankar. We paid Rs. 48,000 + maid's first month salary to them + additional conveyance charges. After 3 months the maid Preeti left by giving personal excuse of sister's wedding. Since then we have been calling the agency guys (Sonu and Dheeraj) to send us replacement but they are not sending us any. We even asked for our money back as per contract but they have constantly refused to give us that too. Completely fraudulent company who need to be caught right away so that no more people get cheated by these crooks named Sonu and Dheeraj!
