One of the WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. SONY just a brand u can't get proper service from this ABHIVRUDHI, u have to try hours to together or 3to 4 days to reach them and they easily reply stating our phone's were dead from 3 days this is how they work. We bought Sony LED TV with in 50 days it is not working and they say they will repair it. We had asked to replace it since we were very dissappaointed about the product which did not even performed for 3 months atleast. Its been 9 days now no proper response from any of them, they gave some Sony mail id from which you will not get any reply expect auto reply. one of the worst service centre and SONY failed to deliver good product. Their customer service is worst. Employees are unprofessional.
Exchanged my old TV and bought new Sony TV from this dealer.Executives response was good and the price is little high compared to other shops.Anyway satisfied with my purchasing.
