this persion paka frude i send cash three month over cash 25 thousand did not return money did not phone i ring the phone did not take a call not reply this company frud company this person adrees impermation plese sent my email id i am waiting in police complaint just one or two days sent money proof there any person do not contacct your cash your time weast all person collect cash they enjoy this fraud other person be careful this person not contanct

Never ever visit for a mobile phone selection every one is target oriented and they push you towards the phone where they get higher margin and they false sell you insurance stating it can be claimed for any damages but when i approached for the claim the are asking me to pay, so you pay for the insurance and for the repair.. never recommended place, Poorvika is such a Manipulative place

Hi.. I had brought the mobile from reliance digital sahakarnagar 11 months back. While taking the mobile the sales persons had given extended warranty so I had paid for it. They said upto 2years you don't need to pay a penny also. But now yesterday when I went to give for service their reaction is totally different. First of all. No body were attending properly. Then one manager said if we pay money then only we ll proceed otherwise we can't. If you want you give or else we can't help. But while buying they said we are best in giving service. But they are really worst. No proper communication

!!!BEWARE!!! !!!FRAUD ALERT!!! RK TELECOM WILL CHEAT YOU WE TOOK OUR OLD PHONE TO THEM-SINCE IT WAS NOT POWERING ON. THEY CHARGED US INR 4800 FOR REPLACING THE SCREEN, MADE IT WORK FOR A FEW MINUTES, TOOK OUR MONEY AND THEN ONCE WE CAME HOME THE PHONE DIDN?T EVEN START. WHEN WE CALLED THEM AND VISITED AGAIN, THEY ASKED FOR INR 6500 FOR MOTHERBOARD FIXING. THIS PHONE IS 3 YEARS OLD AND WORTH INR 2000 IN TODAY?S VALUE. THEY SHOULD HAVE ADVISED US NOT TO SPEND INR 4800 ON SCREEN REPLACEMENT IF MOTHERBOARD NEEDED CHANGING. WE WERE CHEATED. GO TO THE FIRST FLOOR (SRI VARU) WHICH IS THE ACTUAL AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE FOR SAMSUNG. RK TELECOM WILL CHEAT YOU. !!!STAY AWAY!!!

I want to rate them in negative, a guy came from cashit.in, first they were giving me RS. 5200 for my mobile, than that guy told me that he will give only RS. 2000, I refuse than he told me to give RS. 300, because he came from his scooty, I refuse to give him, than he started pushing me. Please stay away from these idiots, they are fraud.
