Unprofessional Behavior
Very Poor Customer Service Experience at AK Computers I have been getting my HP laptop repaired at AK Computers since 2022. Initially, I had positive experiences and even recommended their services to others in my apartment. However, my recent interactions with Arun and Kiran have been disappointing. The quality of customer service has significantly declined, especially for repeat customers like myself. One major issue is the lack of communication. Despite being a repeat customer, I struggled to get a callback from Arun. After getting my laptop's SSD changed and OS reinstalled in October 2024, I faced the "blue screen of death" error again in December. Arun kept delaying the arrangement of an engineer, citing unavailability. Additionally, Arun suggested that the issue was with other parts of the laptop, whereas my research indicated it was an OS problem. This felt like a tactic to make money rather than providing honest service. These issues have eroded my trust in AK Computers.
They will chage you 250 pickup and 300 lab charges without doing anything and make your printer completely unsuable. No power to computer after they took it.
AK computer are cheaters only. They charges more money. They took my printer and not giving me for 30 days. And charged 3000 for reparing scaner. When denied to do they charge 1000 for lab charges.
Frauds, they will damage your assets, stolen my laptop hard-disk, stay away
I had taken service from this AK Computers, HSR Layout (Arun Kumar D). Their service and response were very nice and they did the work perfectly and Installing the OS of Windows 10, I paid Rs 500, they did the work fast and given a good response to me so I am happy to get the service from this business people.
