Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

I want to give less than one rating for this carpernter. I booked him previously for minor work at home. Based on the service, we booked him for other services. He took INR 7000 from us and delayed the work stating he is going to purchase the items and never turned up. He stopped picking our call and we have been following up with him for our money now. I didn't expect this unprofessional behaviour. I will not recommend this carpenter for any work.
