I went to this store and ordered a Fridge and an OTG. My delivery date was 4th day from billing date. By mean time they sold the OTG to someone else who billed after me. To hide that one, they were cooking up some story for delayed delivery. On 6th day from the order date I came to know the OTG story. They were ready to deliver the fridge on the 6th day but OTG they can deliver only new stocks comes. This is loot guys. Don't trust if they say they will for sure deliver on specific day.

Urge you not to buy from Pai International. Had one of the worse experience ever. Do not keep much trust on the product you purchase and would request you all to review the product thoroughly from the store even you have a slightest of chance to buy it. Issue - Bought a 32L Convection, product did not start, called a technician from LG, the product had to be opened the very first time before you, fixed some wire and claimed its a small issue and there would not be any chance of replacement. You will be stuck and would ever think - why did I even go there! I am a dissatisfied customer and will never buy a product ever from Pai/ LG. Thanks
