The person who is having this franchise for Bachpan play school in JP nagar 1st phase has not paid rent for the place for more than 4 months now. I am the owner of the building and have received several cheques which have bounced and we are taking legal action to evict them from the building. I would suggest not to give rental to such franchises and to avoid going through the same problems that I am facing right now. Please be aware parents sending children to this play school.. next actions will be legal proceedings to evict them.
