shilpa 25th May, 2018 Dear parents , Please do not drop your babies to this preschool , The director of vshine bhagisha is a big cheater and lier and irresponsible lady . I am a working professional and i don't have my family here because of which I had to keep my baby in a baby care. Last week (16th May) after picking up the baby from the baby care when I reached home I had noticed that the babies head was swollen and had some red marks on the forehead. As soon as I saw that i had contacted Bhagisha (Director of V Shine) asking for what had happened to the baby. She said that baby had jumped from the walker and got hurt on his head. I had questioned her why this was not informed to me when i had come there to pick the baby ?. She told me not to get the baby anymore. The next day when I had consulted the doctor. They informed me very clearly that it doesn't seem like baby has jumped from the walker. It appears to be like baby has fallen down or might have got hurt by sharp object. s they have been very lethargic in taking care of my baby and also I have had lot of challenges in the past where I had to adjust and compromise with lot of things. My baby is a premature baby because of which he needs extra care and attention. I had informed them the same and also I have been suggesting them to follow certain instructions which they had failed to do and come up with excuses for not doing it. This incident should not be repeated with any other babies in future. So please go throw the screen shots attached to this review very important.
