Unprofessional Behavior

I have approached A1 AQUA TREAT SOLUTION, Virugambakkam, Chennai for my home water testing. Based on my request A1 AQUA TREAT SOLUTION, Virugambakkam, Chennai gave our home water to Bio Green Lab Services for water testing. They have collected me Rs.1200 for water testing on 14th July 2023. Then received water report on 16th July 2023 with Bio Green Lab Services Letter Pad, Seal and Sign. I have called Bio Green Lab Services for copy of bill/payment receipt for my water testing report. But Bio Green Lab Services denied to give bill to me directly with Bio Green Lab Services bill. I got doubt about hiding bill to me. So I have enquired about water testing rates using other mobile number, immediately got message from Bio Green Lab Services that Rs.700/- for 22 parameter test. I am concluding that I was cheated by Rs.500/- by both A1 AQUA TREAT SOLUTION, Virugambakkam, Chennai and Bio Green Lab Services. How I can believe Bio Green Lab Services water testing report is correct?
