@Nikhil who is that person seating in sales Maninagar(Ahmedabad)Gujarat it is not the right way to talk with us as per the given schedule my A.C is delivered today and I have purchased on monday 17/4/2023 then why should be delay in fitting they have said on Friday or Saturday as per customer said they are purchasing the thing with giving amount not by free of cost they are taking it is the responsibility for that person to talk with professional behaviour with customer and my request is I want to fit my A.C today only I don't understand thing they are falsing wrong answer to us the person behaviour is not good. If these not fitted today then I will not enter the person when I will not be there in home it is a sudden wrong behaviour my These person @nikhil

Bought a Samsung ssd worth rs 14k. It did not install on an imac. I went there after a day(since iMac service Center took time) and requested to replace the ssd and give another one that’s compatiable. Didn’t agree and refused upfront. I even offered them to take it back and give me a partial refund. Still refused. All I have now is a wasted investment of 14k which could have been easily avoided by a little understanding from the(rich) owners. This was really a frustrating experience and I can never recommend this place to anyone. CUSTOMER KI BADDUA MAT LO. PROBLEM SAMJHO AUR SOLVE KARNE KI KOSHISH KARO!

Gave one of my old laptops for repair, which was not in working condition. He opened the laptop, checked the problem, and reverted back. I had told him to not repair and close it back as it was not Worth it repairing the old laptop. Inspite of saying so, he did not put the laptop back. It went on for 2 weeks and later when I visited him to take the laptop back, the DVD drive was still missing! he started bluffing that he might have misplaced it, so I should come back later. That went on again for 2 weeks , and after countless calls and nagging , he returned it. I was lucky the laptop was old and not working, otherwise it might have been a great loss for me if he might have replaced my laptop parts.

Most horrible experience, I bought a Predator Triton 300 on 28th January and the laptops keys were not working when I reached home and unboxed it, next day I asked the store to change the laptop they said they can't replace it and told me to lodge a complaint on Acer support, so I complained they have pathetic support. I have many laptops but the Acer service and products are most pathetic. They couldn't solve my problem and told me they will replace the part but doesn't guarantee that the problem will be solved. So I asked for a refund it's 43 days now I still haven't received my money. Don't buy from here, better go for online options Amazon and other platforms will refund your money within few days. Who would have thought buying offline would be risky than buying online. (Highly unsatisfied)
