Broker - Gurminder (Nanak Properties) Ramesh Nagar, CL Khanna Marg, near Nehru Park.
This broker with fraudulent claims and collusion with a lady owner Kavita trapped me into scamming with huge sums.
Misinformation/False information and collusion with owner .
After taking deposit, revealing new shocking information like, they told that you can only lock bedroom and not main entrance of home, as they need access to one almirah and sofas for meeting their office clients. They told I have to go without locking the main door.
I demanded deposit back. His behavior was very uncultured and after taking money started behaving in a rude manner.
They didn't gave my deposit back, despite no signing off rent agreement, and left with legal route as option.

WORST WORST BROKERS. Please don't go here especially if you are new in this city.. they gave me a house that belonged to their relative in lajpat nagar 4 (old double storey building, H18).. they took a hefty brokerage (more than the actual rent of the place).. the house was given to me in a very bad condition.. however I started staying there but soon the landlord (Seema Sehgal) started sending ppl at odd hours who entered my place opened almirahs (since they were planning to sell the place).. moreover they made me repair their old AC saying I have broken it (which cost me around 6k!!).. after this when I went to BHALLAS for help they said u say sorry .. while leaving they also did not pay me my security deposit saying baseless things like u broke bathroom tiles (was already broken).. and more .. NEVER NEVER go to these ppl ..
