In our office, we have 23 extensions of Quantum brand and all those was having some issue. I approached this business for the help. One person came from here and did the service. He took Rs.500 as service charge. Everything is working now but one extension is facing the same issue. I contacted these people again but they didn't turn up. It could be good if they rectify the issue soon. Apart from this their service was up to the mark.
