Cost to Cost Nehru Place Delhi

I purchased a Epson l210 Printer from this dealer <br/>Price they have mentioned is 8990 but they charged 9440 i.e 450 Rs Extra So be careful of the VAT extra charges. I would have got this printer for 9300 in Ghaziabad where I stay only. So what's the charm of Nehru Place.
