They don't come to the address, they don't make a phone call, no messaging, suddenly the tracking will show 'no such consignee at this address'' we are living here for the past 30 years, 24/7 365 days at least 20 to 30 people will be available at our huge premises. I have tried in several ways to raise complaint, no development. Very very very worst service. mistakes happen but repeated mistakes even after bringing to their notice is not rectified.

I have a sent a courier within a city, but after 2 weeks also it is not delivered, I called to Sathy Road Branch office one person talked with me in a very rude way, he said call to Saravanampatty branch so I asked him that branch number but he asked me to check in google and abruptly cut the call. This service is really worst.

My parcel was couriered on 18th nov but still i haven't received it.. non of the contact no. Are working and if i try to track with waybill no. It says not found. Not sure how to connect n know about the parcel

Only young staffs are doing good service.. one person who is incharge for the Ramanathapuram area is worst (think some senior staff) ,he made me to wait for an 1.5 hrs for searching the parcel and thanks to one young staff who find that parcel within 5 mins ... Ramanathapuram incharge staff , himself make drama by searching my parcel ...

Medium service I got from this DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd., R.S. Puram. I was looking for Domestic courier services for sending the document to Delhi. that courier agency did the wrong courier we face some address issues. for that, I paid 380 for this service. so I feel average service from this service.
