Croma Store Bhadrappa Layout Bangalore

I had inquired about the CROMA LED HDR 80CM (32INCH) - EL7329 TV on 04/Sept/2018 at New BEL road, Bangalore and i was informed about the availability the next day 05/Sept/2018. The store manager had assured there is one box peice available at a different store and it will be available the next day. On the next day arrival the store manager had tried to cross sale me a higher model than the informed Tv. But i was reluctant to buy the TV as the specifications were not matching my requirements. Hence requested to give the same TV which was assured to be delivered next day. The store manager who had assured me the TV says, the TV was already sold to another person with out his knowledge. Thats shame on you guys to sale a TV which was order on my request and sold it to another person with out informing me on the same day. With such kind of Staff & Managerial behavior you would not retain the brand value of Croma. Would never ever try any product from TATA's Chain and never recommend any one

Initially,I thought to repair our LG refrigerator then some thought passed in my find and I bought a new one from Croma the biggest electronic store.The cost was very reasonable within my budget.

Now,I feel very much happy as I have bought the Bajaj air cooler from Croma store.Air cooler is an essential need for everyone and the purchase from Croma was satisfactory.The total cost was Rs.5K.

I would recommend this to my friends and relatives as this is the biggest electronic store in India with wide range of gadgets available for all.
