Diwakar Tiwar, the owner of Dev Caterer is a fraud, he charged me twice stating that he did not receive the payment fist time. I trusted him and paid again. later i discovered that he got both the payment. Since last 1 year, i am chasing him and he is making promises but not returning my 6000 rupees. Don't deal with this fraud.
