"I was suppose to receive a laptop from Surat through this "Amazon Logistics Pvt. Ltd". I spoke with this agency, they responded to me well, but some time later I received an SMS like "It will be delivered tomorrow" based on customer request", But I didn't make any request like that. Then I went to the agency directly and collected the parcel, they charged Rs 2400. Usually i book parcel using Amazon logistics only, but this time it has happened like this, still it's not a big issue. Apart from this am satisfied with the service."
