Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

This Drivekool is a Worst driving institute in Bangalore. I booked for Brezza Training with 5500/_. No Negotiation they did that is acceptable as they are providing 10days(10Hrs) training. Trainer Hussain, From Day 1 to Day 9 every day came late for pickup by 15min & again early drop before 5min. Never ever came on time never crossed 1min also from the 1hour training time. In the mid of 40min training time, some time stopped the vehicle for a tea break or toilet if nothing then intentionally took to the bumper-to-bumper traffic jam route & wasted time over their more than 10min also no action. Trainer Hussain also not a good trainer. Trainer not allowed to me to drive in 3rd gear, even after 9th class also. Everyday in 2nd gear. Training Scheduler Janardhan blocked my number when informed him about this problem. When I inform this to institute they told they will provide extra class for that but later on 10th class they simply denied & disc

My Wife's experience was very bad with drivekool after she joined the Drivekool to learn driving in i20 car. My wifes's class should have started from oct 12th as promised by Govardhan Reddy. But Always they have some issues with either with their car or Driver or their coordination of Driver with Govardhan Reddy. They always have some excuse for not giving the class. Till now she attended only 2 classes.We thought this way if anybody learn's it would be very difficult to learn the driving. First of all both of the brothers Govardhan Reddy and Janardhan Reddy are very busy guys and they don't have time to pickup the call to schedule the classes.We will call everyday 2 - 3 times to schedule it but there is no guarantee that they will sent the driver or not. When We asked for refund both Reddy brothers behaves very rudely like goondas . I got the hint about this driving school in the first class itself when another customer was there with us and he was scolding like anything to the d

Do not go for DL with them. Management is very unprofessional and rude.

I'm writing this review for the driver anjan KS. He is very good in training and teaches patiently and effectively.
