"I live in Kudasan area of Gandhinagar and our lift maintenance is given to Solvo Elevators last year. <br/>- They are very professional in nature and dealings and they always take our concerns positively and act immediately on the issues we face. Their technicians and engineers are well behaved and polite during service time.<br/>- They are pretty much regular in their service and within 30 min. they come to give us solution of complains we have.<br/>-We have given 4 lifts in 40,000 to them. So their pricing is economical for us. We have selected their Solvo Smart+ plans this year.<br/>-They provide the parts free which can regularly deteriorate and they explain us situations in detail.<br/>-They provide service even after office hours, which is great.<br/>-Their preventive maintenance is good.<br/>-I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't have 0 complains. They have minimized the complains almost 80-85% but it is not 100%, so I deducted 1 star.<br/>-Overall, they are a pretty good maintenance company."
