I actually wanted to give it 3.5 stars. Anyhow, the Owner of the salon herself is an expert, cuts hair beautifully and efficiently. However, the other staff are not adept at the work, even as simple as a hair wash??they need more training perhaps?

Got the professional hair colouring done on two of my female family members at Rs 1299 (deep brown) and at 1599 ( violet soft black)respectively. Worst service anyone can get from anywhere. The colours came out of hair in three days. It'd have been better to use godrej hair dye instead of using services of 'Dreams look door step beauty solution'. Complete waste of money. false promises of long lasting colour for three months were made by them but it did not last for even three days of bothe the family member who took servicefrom them. Moreover, hairs have turned so rough that they cant be combed. Further, they dont respond if u report any issue in their service.
