I would recommend not to join this firm. What I saw is that there is no good client to work with, no knowledge growth, no learning in the assignment, the work is not as per the CA industry norms, working system is totally un-systematic. Managing partner is very much rigid to traditional methods of auditing and rigid with respect to punctuality. Recently the entire staff of the firm has left the firm and they are in search of new staff. Such high employee turnover ratio indicates a genuine doubt about the integrity of the firm and the managing partner. assignment are comprising of small clients only and they call themselves a mid size firm. the environment of the firm is very much artificial rather than a natural environment to work. and treating the employee as a nokar than assets of the firm. there is no reviews of work done by subordinates.
