i am not happy with the servic.they have taken my advance 10000 rs .nd not giving back..all phone no is coming switch off..they have promised me that will pay the driver fee..now not responding from last 3 month

Beware of them..this is a scam. Salim and Raju are fraudsters. They took my money and fled away. I have been chasing them for months but not able to catch hold of them. I visited their shop but it's closed since February and even the owner doesn't have any clue.

I have signed up First Gear Driver services www.firstgear.co.in 6 months back and i am not happy with their service they will take advance payment and then you have to run behind them everyday, they will tell we are from verifying the driver and you will be getting an unverified driver total waste of time and money. Cheaters, they took money and did not provide driver also not refunding money

I had facing lot of issue's with first gear, at the time of agreement they commented like if any driver leave we will provide you the driver with in 3 or 4 days but it was not happened, am waiting from past 25 days but no proper update from them. now a days they not picking the call's , i was fully disappointed with there services.

Excellent service from "First Gear, Chikkalasandra". They provided us ontime service with Hindi speaking permanent driver for the full-time service. The driver is good and professional as well. They charged Rs. 6000 as a service charge for 1 year and the salary of a driver as Rs. 16000. we are really happy with the service.
