I will tell you why you should never go to this company for laptop repair and service. They took nearly two weeks to tell what is wrong with system and estimated a ridiculous bill which costs more than the laptop. When i asked not to be repaired, they took 3 more days to return it and the laptop was physically not in the same position. I suspect they even broke some of the hardware just to match their overpriced bill.
