Not once but twice I have gone through the harassment. I had docprime insurance and booked an appointment for my daughter, and got the confirmation from the hospital. Once I reached there, they asked me to pay for that appointment, when I told them that I have already paid to docprime, they denied that was by mistake they confirmed and now I have to pay for that. I paid for that appointment. Doctor asked me to get some tests done. In prescription it was clearly mentioned that follow up can happen within 5 days. When I again called them to book the appointment(on 3rd day) against follow up as I need to show the reports they denied that even for follow up I need to pay This is completely disgusting & unprofessional.

Very bad experience.. Staff is not good that behave very casual with the patients.. To generate a small report of ultrasound they takes 5 hour..
