I hired a maid from GG Manpower Services for cooking and to take care of my twin daughters. At the time of hiring, they asked for one month’s salary to be paid in advance, assuring me that it would be handed over to the maid only when she quits. Initially, they did send a good maid who worked well for about a month. However, after they collected the advance salary, and first salary they suddenly created an emergency situation and the maid never returned. Since then, the agency has neither provided a replacement nor refunded the advance salary. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to take any responsibility. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would advise others to be very cautious while dealing with them.
