Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Horrible experience with this company. Charged me Rs 6500/- for a 10 Km delivery. No labour sent for off loading. I had to run around to get labour and off load at my own cost. The goods were found damaged. The Goldfish support team had no proper response and just refused to give support except writing sorry messages. Please avoid this company. Look for something better.

These unprofessionals were very prompt in taking my money. Service was substandard and it's been 2 months now I havnt recvd my complete lot yet. They delivered my stuff from their storage after misplacing and damaging so much of my stuff in 2 instalments. DONT USE THESE GOLDFISHH

I had to stop the asset delivery on the planned date as they started in the evening and society does not allow after 6 PM. I paid extra Rs. 2500/- for delivery service which is my loss. I lost valuable asset like computer table, received few costly asset like cot and sofa damaged, my HP gas cylinder is replaced with private non-HP gas cylinder. Not at all happy with the service and request reader to consider my comments.
