Please be aware of this seller in Bangalore - they are chillars who do wrong sale! The worst customer after sale service .. pathetic people, unresponsive and not a single response since 5 months .. I am just scratching my head why did I buy from this seller who are pathetic in their service? Trust me Bengalureans be aware and don?t waste your hard earned money on these pathetic people . Very good service provided by Grace Power Solution, Chamrajpet. I requested to replace the battery in my Microteck 1 and a half kva UPS. 2 technicians came to my home and did check my UPS properly and they replaced the (Exide brand) battery in my UPS. So, now UPS is working fine. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Satisfied UPS Service provided by Grace Power Solution, Chamrajpet. I requested to do service my Luminous Offline UPS which is not working properly. 2 technicians came to my home and they did check my UPS properly and they took my UPS to their service center. The next day the did service properly and gave it to me. So, now my UPS is working fine without any issue. Overall, I am happy with their service.
