two travellers booked air tickets to foreign country thru rekha airtravel.1)agency took money 7 months ahead for one,5 months for other (rs 4 lakhs) issued tickets 4 days before journey so tickets cost lot more.2)one traveller asked agency to organise visa, rekha made so many mistakes it was rejected, had to do again. agency took two fat fees. one traveller got from another agency with no problem.3)one traveller went from one country to another at end of travel. airline informed rekha flight was rescheduled to another day. agency did not inform traveller properly by text, email or free whatsapp call. causing much stress when traveller contacted airline and was told flight cancelled the day of journey. 4)agency does not answer phone calls, text messages, email. takes own time to respond. unprofessional . slow. dont every use, tell others.

I always wish to go Haridwar, Rishikesh & Kedarnath from my childhood, but my family never able to take me there. As I grew up, one day thought of, why don't I take my family to Kedarnath. But how ?. The way they explained and informed about the entire package tour of Kedarnath (04 Dham). I t was amazing, and booked through then and confirmed the package tour. Very good response I have received through this travel agency and I got the ticket to travel from Bangalore to Frankfort. I received the tickets through mail and I will be travelling through air india airlines. I paid Rs.20,000 to them.

Ashwini Tours And Travels has gifted us the most worst travel experience, indeed 95% of the folks who travelled with me in there Bangalore to Madikeri & while return trip shared the same feedback.Few of their staff members behavior is little ok,drivers are well experienced in giving a bumpy ride especially while chasing their competitor bus in ghat sections almost gifting us heart attack.It was more a luggage carrying lorry more than a safe tourist bus, they stop the vehicle hours together to unload goods cartons,pipes,cool drinks cases,spices bags at every small town from Mysore to Coorg.While few frustrated passengers question them,their response is to be seated shut-up & they will make them reach the destination as per schedule(which they well keep by their life taking bumpy driving skills).The top most of all is their ill-mannered owner who feel customers as his slaves. Coorg is a awesome to gain life time experience, do not spoil ur good memories by opting to travel by Ashwini T&T
