I have availed FFTH landline and broadband from bsnl, kengeri. Very much distressed to state that the services are very very poor, no time bound complaint redressal. The outsourced agency for attending complaints are erratic . I am constrained to surrender the line and will never advise anybody to seek bsnl services. It is a wonder why the government should infuse thousands of crores of honest tax payers money for the revival of bsnl. A classic white elephant insensitive to genuine customer grievances

I moved from ACT internet to a competitor, as their pricing was superior and service is comparable. But I kept getting automated calls every day, even after moving 5 months back. In spite of complaints to call Center and also their HO, no respite. I may now have to file legal complaint on their apathy. Regards, Nataraj

Worst experience, I paid 3800 Rs and took connection in the month of Apr but from day internet dint work and i have raised 30+ complaints till Jun end and since they were not able to sort the issue due to some power connection etc, the customer support team requested me to request for refund and but i dint receive any response even after sending multiple emails. later they sent out an email stating that they are disconnecting and after 1 week they sent me an bill of 800+. I called them multiple times and explained them that internet was not working and why should i pay and requested. but they are least bothered. every day one person will call and ask same questions and will close the complaint without any solution.
