Poor and pathetic service. We paid a hefty amount to him for the services he has done and in 2 months the refrigerator stopped working. We are trying to reach him and he is not responding to the calls nor coming home to check the refrigerator. Beware all those who contact him as he is a cheater and will cheat you all. He will do some basic work and your home appliance will stop working within 3 months.

Extremely pathetic service by this company! They call asking for Faber cleaning contract. Not knowing whether they are genuine, you ask them to come over. After the first cleaning, they give you a form which you then realize is not the original Faber form! If you make the mistake of paying them for the whole contract, you are trapped. Note that they are not authorized Faber service provider. For subsequent servicing, you need to call and yell at them (I tried calling a lady on 9036500222). In spite of that, they just keep repeating that the technician will come. If you are lucky, they will turn up. Else, just curse your luck. I am trying to get my money back for the remaining three services. Will be great if I am able to receive it. If you are a Faber appliance owner, do check the number on their website and call them. Also, once the technician visits, insist on seeing the Faber contract form before they start their work. Else, send the person back.

Had water purifier issue, the person who as taken license or running the ??business should be canceled, pasha he is taking money and fake service and fake purifier filters as placed. And water is leaking from the purifier outside of the lead and outlet pipe as taken 6000 ra for replacing filter tubes and controller, now no one is recievieng the call and he is speaking vulgarly.

Worst service center ever. I had called these people for faber chimney servicing. Someone called Mohan came to see what the problem was, and later said motor is gone and needs replacement. He took the chimney motor and the motherboard, after almost 10 days came back and fixed a new motor worth RS 5500. Exactly after 3 months the chimney stopped working, I called them again. This time same person came and after checking said the motor has gone, and that as it's under warranty, he would order a replacement motor. He took thr faulty motor and the motherboard of the chimney promising to return in a week's time. It's been 2 months now.. nobody has turned up.. they don't answer my phone. The number mentioned in the Google doesn't connect anymore. I somehow managed to get thru their manager called Ravi (99007 79595), I requested him to give the motor back if he can't fix it, so that get it checked in a different service center. For which he said the device is not come from the head office. And that I should wait for 1more week and he will ensure It gets fixed!it's been more than 15 days now, he too is not answering my call. customers please be aware of such fake service centers..
